Our mission is to challenge and change the narrative by highlighting positive Black representation across all professions and categories of life. By uniting successful Black professionals, business owners, and artists, we aim to inspire the younger generation, showing them their potential is limitless and not defined by the color of their skin.
This year, we are thrilled to have partnered with Connecticut College and the Coast Guard Academy, and we’re excited to introduce a 90’s dress theme to highlight the significance of Black culture during that impactful time period.
